Pending verification
New member and B2B partner registrations remain pending until SparkLabs confirms eligibility or partner fit. Staff accounts must use a sparklabs.co.kr email address.
Partner credit requests
Verified members can request partner credits from the catalog. SparkLabs reviews each request before any information is routed to a partner provider.
